What do you do for relaxation?

Did you get a chance to listen to the audio for this week "blog exercise"? I found it to be very stimulating and almost hypnotic.

Hi Renata. I love your blog page, very creative. Depression is very serious and detrimental to an individuals health it can also drain an individuals energy. There are a few ways to overcome depression but it takes strong willpower, encouragement and a positive support system. Depression can put a negative spin on everything including the way an individual see themselves, the situations one encounters and expectations for the future. Individuals must break free of negative thinking by thinking positive and "happy" thoughts. If individuals think outside themselves they won't get so depressed by putting such high expectations on what they should do. Many depressed individuals are perfectionists, holding themselves to impossible standards and then beating themselves up when they fail to meet their expectations. Depressed individuals must battle self-imposed stress by challenging their negative thoughts. Depressed individuals also need to associate with positive individuals that is going to be supportive and encouraging. Keeping a negative thought log may also help depressed individuals by helping them keep track of their negative thoughts and what has triggered that negativity; once the negative log is finished the depressed individual should review over it once their in a good mood to see what they need to improve on with their behavior. Hi Renata,
This is my first time blogging so bare with me. I like you page, I hope I can figure out how to make mine look so great. I have never tried yoga...does it help? I did do the exercise for this week and it helped me relax. I hope to find more ways to do that! Great blog site!
